Grow Green Project

Grow Green - Green Cities for Climate and Water Resilience, Sustainable Economic Growth, Healthy Citizens and Environments / Horizon2020: Demonstrating innovative nature-based solutions in cities


The project is carried out by a consortium made up of 23 partners from 9 countries, the leaders of which are 3 European cities: Manchester, Valencia and Wrocław. In Wrocław the Grow Green project is coordinated by the city of Wrocław and carried out along with Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences and Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency.

On behalf of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, the project tasks are carried out by the team led by prof. dr hab. inż. Jerzy Zwoździak, who is also a project manager on the University’s behalf. Wrocław University of Environmental and Live Sciences is the local coordinator of the research part (work package) of the project, it also carries out selected tasks within project implementation worl package.
