Biotechnology and Chemistry (doctoral dissertations in English)
Research interests span the areas of organic synthesis, the isolation and qualitative and quantitative determination of natural compounds and biotransformations of organic compounds using the whole cells of fungi and bacteria. Analytical techniques widely used in the research process are as following: NMR, IR, UV-VIS, GC, GC-MS, HR-MS, HPLC, SPE and TLC.
